Text editing and unified actions, text-to-speech, dictation, Speech Commands (an In-App purchase) and speech feedback, with iCloud file syncing between devices.
The Edit menu on the macOS contains basically the same set of actions as the Actions view on the iPhone and iPad. Even more actions are available in the Speech Commands add-on (an In-App purchase).
The center document is being spoken by the Speak action using the macOS text-to-speech. The controls view lets you speak, pause and stop the speech, and change the speed. The text smoothly auto-scrolls during the Speak action. The right window displays the Speech Reference for Speech Commands (an In-App Purchase) which let you control TelepaText with your voice.
We think editing text should be an aesthetically pleasing experience, so we let you choose the background. Your desktop images show through TelepaText as an option.
The editing area is in the center and is shown with the "Visual Effects" option turned on, using a blurred view of the desktop image as the background. "Visual Effects" can be turned off for a flat light or dark background. The other windows are optionally visible: the document listing view is on the left and the Speech Reference window on the right. The speech controls panel is visible in the lower right of the editing view while using the text-to-speech Speak action.
Data detectors automatically find addresses, phone numbers, dates and URL links and make them active links. Use a long press to perform appropriate actions such as finding an address in Maps, adding a phone number to Contacts, adding an event to Calendar, and viewing a web page.
Text actions are unified between iPhone, iPad and macOS, including the same keyboard shortcuts, providing cross-platform ease-of-use.

The Actions popover on iPad and iPhone provides the same basic set of actions as in the macOS Edit menu. The blue icon buttons in the top toolbar also provide one-tap access to common actions.
Control speech speed, pitch, and delay after sentences and line breaks. Also control data detection, keyboard accessory, speech feedback, scroll while speaking, scroll speed, and more.
This is the dark display style on iPad. The document listing is on the left and can be auto-hiding. The top row of punctuation keys in the keyboard is the optional TelepaText keyboard accessory. The "Cut Copy Paste..." menu for selected text includes TelepaText actions such as Share, Mail, Tweet. The blue icon buttons in the top toolbar are also some of the TelepaText actions.
