To show or hide the Toolbar at the top of a document window, click the toolbar button at the upper right corner of the document window.
(For Mac OS X 10.6) To choose a different style for the Toolbar, Command (⌘)-click the toolbar button at the upper right corner of the document window. The style of the toolbar will cycle through the possibilities to the next variation. Variations include Icon and Text, Icon Only, Text Only and large or smaller sizes.
(For Mac OS X 10.6 or 10.7) To choose a different style for the Toolbar, choose Customize Toolbar in the Window menu and change the style with the Show menu and Use Small Size control. Or, Control-click the toolbar and choose Customize Toolbar or change other settings in the contextual menu.
To customize the Toolbar, choose Customize Toolbar in the Window menu, or Option-Command (⌘)-click the toolbar button (Mac OS X 10.6.x only) at the upper right corner of the document window. The customization sheet for the toolbar will appear. Items can be dragged from the sheet into the actual window toolbar to customize it. Items can also be dragged out of the window toolbar to remove them. Display variations may be selected that include Icon and Text, Icon Only, Text Only and large or smaller sizes.
