TaskInsight: Toolbar Use and Customization
Show or Hide the Toolbar
To show or hide the Toolbar at the top of a document window, click the toolbar button at the upper right corner of the document window.
Choose a Different Style for the Toolbar
To choose a different style for the Toolbar, choose Customize Toolbar in the Window menu and change the style with the Show menu and Use Small Size control. Or, Control-click the toolbar and choose Customize Toolbar or change other settings in the contextual menu.
Customize the Toolbar
To customize the Toolbar, choose Customize Toolbar in the Window menu. The customization sheet for the toolbar will appear. Items can be dragged from the sheet into the actual window toolbar to customize it. Items can also be dragged out of the window toolbar to remove them. Display variations may be selected that include Icon and Text, Icon Only, Text Only and large or smaller sizes.
