Albany, California — 6 May 2002: Imaja announces the release of Imaja Reminder 2.0™, a major upgrade to the personal calendar, address book and to do list software for Mac OS. Imaja Reminder 2.0 is available now for $49.95 from Imaja.

Imaja Reminder 2.0 is a full featured calendar system including different ways of scheduling and recording events, manually and automatically. Events can interactively or automatically rescheduled. A flexible color coded labeling system helps organize and present history and future. Window views of the calendar include Event, Hourly, Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year, and Listing, and these can be arranged and saved in a list of custom layouts. The calendar can be filtered for different views.

Overdue alerts, and two warning periods with special alert sounds can be specified. Text-to-Speech can be used for overdue notifications, search results, and reading calendar and directory items. Sound may be recorded into calendar events and to do list items for later playback. Items may be drag-and-dropped between virtually any view.

Imaja Reminder's To Do List features labels, priorities, active status, sorting and filtering for easy viewing and manipulation of complex projects.

The Directory provides a powerful address book, many fields, card view, edit view and listing view, dialing, web and e-mail buttons, and importing and exporting of tab-delimited text files for use with other applications.

Imaja Reminder's toolbar in each view gives easy access through time in the calendar, to other views, and other common functions.

Calendar events can be imported, exported and archived from and to tab-delimited text files.

Views can be customized with different background patterns, background images, custom font and sizes for body text, headers and printing.

The Month, Listing, and To Do List views can be output as HTML pages for the web, and these include custom settings for background color, text color, font, size, color coded events, a color label key.

Onscreen, searchable, illustrated hypertext documentation is included.
